Rico is imaging Announced a new app For its GR series cameras. The GR World App will provide features beyond what is available with the company’s current image sink app, which will unlock more capabilities for GR users.
Like most fellow apps, GR World App allows users to see and transfer photos into their smartphones with their GR camera. Once the photo is sinking, you can create an album to help sort the photo and arrange. There is also a widget function to display those albums as widgets on the home screen. Additionally, the app can pull the location of a phone and record the location information directly from the smartphone in images, provided that it is connected through Bluetooth.

Outside the file storage and outfit, users can register and name their GR cameras, which will rapidly connect the application after the initial connection. With the coup of the camera, you can check the status of Bluetooth connection, whether the location information is being recorded, the battery level and the remaining number shots on your memory card.

The app also unlocks remote shoots, although its functionality is quite limited and only compatible with the GR III series cameras. You can use the app to operate the shutter release or set a basic self-timer, and it is all. There is no control over exposure settings or anything, which many other brands provide in their fellow apps.
GR world GR III, GR III is compatible with all Rico GR III cameras including HDF, GR IIIX and GR IIIX HDF. It is also compatible with GR II. The app is free and available for both Android and iOS. It will be available for download on 23 July.
