Google lost a class action suit against it in California – the suit 2019 was filed by the people of the estimated 14 million California and a $ 800 million was damaged on Android phone, which was inactive to collect and transmit data to Google.
The jury biased with the plaintiff and honored him $ 314.6 million (this almost PI!). More especially, Android phones collected data that will be used for targeted advertising and it will be transmitted to the server of Google on cellular data – at the expense of the owner of the phone.
