Love is a four-foot word! Genna and Chak Noris sat with ET before their 85th birthday on Monday, March 10, to know how their 6 dogs keep them healthy and lively.
For the beginning, the couple are sure to include their 4 Golden Retriers, 1 Lab and 1 Corg in their farm activities in Grims County, Texas.
,We are always traveling hiking and active, and our dogs are usually together for travel. … I love our sunset, we have together after dinner on our range with our dogs, family and any guest, “Genna, 55, share.
“Our dogs ensure that we get a lot of exercise,” actor says.
Apart from staying fit, the pair also maintains a balanced diet filled with nutritious foods.
“When I enjoy a topical snack like someone else, my main staples are the main nutrients from a variety of all five food groups. Prioritizing fitness and nutrition keeps me active, even I have entered in golden years. It is important to maintain a healthy body and mind, so I can do many happy years with my family,” Martial artists say.
“Our own health has been replaced by making an alternative to informed about our diet and exercise. … It is always incredibly important for us to eat organic and we have a lot of salads with proteins in them,” she says.

As for Genna? “I can’t tell you how many times we have come home and have been rejuvenated by simple love and excited, when we walk through the front door, our puppies bring us,” she notes.
