He said that many of Anderson’s customers decamp for Palm Beach in winter, and “there is a new attitude,” he said. “They are not putting that lily Pulitzer as much.” Perhaps instead they would opt for Anderson’s oversized watercolor floral print, which they used for a pair of an A-line dress and high-core trousers. While Chaiti Bermuda shorts in Duchess satin are vibrant, and a sheer gown is a sheer gown bedcade sexy with impure beads, like the rest of the range, they feel suitable for time. “I don’t care how you are doing now,” Anderson said about his restraint. “You don’t really want to roam in hot pants and acting like the world is fantastic.”
