This week brought a wave of firmware updates from Sony and Nikon, with full-frames and APS-C models targeted. Sony released new software A7C, A7 III And Zv-e10Improving stability and distributing slight twicks. Nikon released updates for his prominent Mirrorless Z9 and new Z50iiThe goal of refining performance and fixing some dull insects. There is a quick randon of what is new here.

Update to ZV-E10 version 2.02 (Mac) And (Stretch,
- Allows the camera to display a notification when new software is available
WPA and WEP functioning are no longer supported. - If you are connected to Wi-Fi, you can no longer select WPA or WEP. Please use more secure WPA2 that move forward.
- The camera improves the operational stability.
- Note: This update is available only for Windows and MacoS. A memory card version has not been provided.

Update to Z9 version 5.20 (Mac) And (Stretch,
- Support was added for a remote shooting system “NX Field” for corporate users. Comment: “NX field“App for smart devices may not be available in some countries and regions.
- (Custom Settings menu) was renamed D14 (performance during bursting).
- Decided the following issues:
- Pressing the playback button after repeated shoots will corrupt the performance of all images in rare cases.
- Under rare conditions, the optimal exposure could not be achieved during the burst shooting after replacing the exposure in the mode M.
- In the synchronized release, Halfway started autofocus on a remote camera by pressing the shutter-relief button of the master camera, with the following settings selected. ▸ (Custom Settings menu)> A6 (AF Activation)> (Af-On)
Updates for Z50i Edition 1.01 (Mac) And (Stretch,
- The pre-release capture is now available using a smalrig SR-RG2.
- “Русския” (Russian) was added to (language) (language) for Z50i cameras sold in the Middle East region.
- (Custom Settings menu) was renamed D13 (performance during burst).
- Decided the following issues:
- In rare cases, after connecting Nicon imaging cloud when connecting to Snapbridge, when it was re -added to Snapbridge, the camera would stop responding.
