The Formula 3 will introduce the € 1million award funds to financially support drivers who carry forward the junior single-seater ladder.
Starting with the ongoing 2025 season, will share the top five finisher pots in the championship to help progress in Formula 2.
Under the arrangement, the title winner will receive € 300,000, the remaining prize will be distributed on a sliding scale at the fifth place with the amount. Finisher, a second place, will receive € 250,000, third -placed driver will get a house of € 200,000, while drivers classifying fourth and fifth will get € 150,000 and € 100,000 respectively.
However, F3 has determined that the prize money will be given only to drivers going to F2 next year, otherwise it will be eligible to the next largest placed driver.
The initiative has topped Pirelli’s long -time 300,000 award for the champion, which means the 2025 title winner will secure a total of € 600,000 in his F2 graduation.

Brazil Rafael Camera Earlier this month, 2025 title winners were crowned in Monza.
“I am pleased to announce this million-euros fund, who will benefit adequate awards offered by our partner, Pirelli as well as five highest-ranked Formula 3 drivers who go to the champion,” said the CEO of Bruno Michelle, FIA Formula 3.
“It is important for Formula 1 to support the emerging talent on your street. Formula 3 is a great training ground for these young racers to improve the pyramid, and this additional financial prize will help them go further in their efforts towards the peak of motor).”
The move reflects the Indie program for the road, where the Indy NXT champion receives significant financial support towards an indycar seat, as well as additional test opportunities in the US major single-seater category.
The cost of competition in F2 has increased rapidly in recent years, in which drivers pay anywhere between € 2 million to € 3 million for a full-seventh campaign.
