Joseph Kosinsky’s first film after Fantastic Top Gun: Mavric Of course, a big swing was going to happen. How do you follow one of the most favorite sequels made so far, with some jaw leaving aerial sequences? You again try to catch electricity in a bottle, but this time for F1, the most prestigious level of motor) racing. What proves to prove Rogue Was not a temporary? Let’s know.
F1: Film (As it refers to marketing) said Brad Pitt as Sunny Hayes, “The Greatest That Never”, a former F1 driver and gambler who now lives in a van that is essentially working as a racer for rent. The film opens in Detona during 24 hours, and takes us a dip in Hayes’ cowboy racing style, as well as Kosinsky’s nature for cinematic. Hayes is a bit of a drifter, and after his tenure in Detona, he is quickly admitted by an old racing friend, Ruben, who is the current owner of APXGP (aka Apex, who was the original title of the film), an F1 team that is on its luck. Due to no victory for the team in two and a half years, Ruben is in danger of losing his team. Therefore, in playing a final-khai “Hal Mary”, he recruits his old friend back to Formula One so that he can help his hotshot miscreants to advise and hopeful that the process will get some points on the board. Apex’s board will be sold from the team due to failure to do so.
Story in F1 Certainly the film is not a strong point. It is not that it is bad, it is just very familiar and estimated. But most are sports films, and despite the formula story of this film, I did not really care because F1 I was telling the story so well that I was on the board with it. All actors, including Pitt, Kerry Condon, Damson Idris, Xavier Bardem and Tobias Menziz, were shown to work and helped sell the story of tests and tribulations. The film has no bad performance, and the film gives enough screen time to its characters. I really liked Bardem as Ruben, the team owner who can also be on his head, Kett as Kate, Team Technical Director, who is trying to prove his doubt wrong, and as Idris Joshua Pierce. He is a young hotshot crook whose career is already threatened by the team’s performance on the track. He is arrogant and arrogant, so naturally he beheads with Sunny, but the film wisely does not make him (or any of any real F1 drivers in the film). All this helps to raise the script in such a way that I just kicked back and enjoyed it. This will not be considered for any Oscars in the writing category, but who cares? I was enjoying what it was.
But the film should definitely be considered in technical departments, as it is where the F1 shines. The production followed F1 during the 2023 season, leading to unprecedented access to the world of these racers. So in terms of everything, look and scope in the film, it seems authentic, as they are the same as the invisible “11th team” on the race track with real drivers. Sound design and mix, and editing are the top notch, but it is a cinematography who is a star here. Photography director Claudio Miranda was snatched for her work Maverick, But they should be considered 100% for their work F1. He mounted the IMAX cameras in revised F2 cars to bring that cockpit experience on the big screen. You can definitely feel speed. And by starting in Detonona, later the feeling of motion feels faster only once we move from a GT car to an F1 car. I was particularly loved by the camera that was backwards on the nose; It really felt angular and sharp. It is also a clean camera trick, where they can rotate the 180 -degree camera on the car, can go from the front of the car to the back from the back of it, which gives us a great eye on the race from the car to the POV of the car. Hans Zimmer also returns to the world of racing to score F1 after turning in the score. rushThis time, he provides a synthesis-fierce background to the magnificent world of Formula One, but manages to squeeze into his prestigious horns at the same time. The rest of the music is the original pop track with a separate degree of catchness (which will be subjective based on your music preference, of course).
Now, this next point will probably bother fans of F1 racing, but Sunny Hayes is more or less a terrorist on the track in terms of her racing style. How was he not expelled after his first race, and his racing style, for a better duration, gave me a little out of the film A fan of the gameBut his at least is a legend for the racing style, and it helped with the story being told the story, so I can’t knock it completely. But for a film that was created in collaboration with the FIA (generally for motorcystroke) and seven times the world champion Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes team principal Toto Wolf are covered as the producers, it feels a little inhuman, which makes me wonder that if the film is more popular for Netflix’s fans, it is a little inhuman. Drive to survive The doctor (who receives a shout in the film compared to the actual fans of the game).
F1: Film There may be a familiar story, but it is so well done that it is difficult to knock. It is like going to a restaurant and ordering the most basic food on the menu, but being satisfied, because the chef did such a good job. Some races can affect racing fans for a long time, but the races themselves are shots and exciting. It is certainly a summer blockbuster of the old, which is big thrills and a story that is easy to digest and works for a large -scale audience. You probably heard it earlier, but it is what you should see on a big screen. So fans of the game or not, I would advise it if you want an attractive, fun film.
