Where is my Malibu fans! If I am drinking a cocktail, it is almost always with some sweet, fruit and rum – especially Malibu. Girls like to joke my love for the same wine, which we used to buy in college, but hey, I say what you like – and I like Malibu. All are joking on one side, this strawberry and cream cocktail is very fresh and completely creamy and sweet. I hope you love it as much as my Malibu-hearted heart does.
Only 4 ingredients are needed
- strawberry: This is the strawberry season, baby! I like to lift a bucket of strawberries in the farmers market in the cabin for the best sweet taste, but any fresh strawberry will work.
- Coco real: A head in our wine cabinet! If you have not tried it, it is sweet coconut juice that is squeezable. It provides delicious, creamy coconut taste, and a little way set a long way.
- Malibu Rum: My girl! Coconut Rum Couple completely with the taste of this cocktail with cocoa real and fresh berries.
- Plain soda water: You will add it to the very end – it gives this cocktail a lil fij. Plain sparkling water will also work.

Obviously, this strawberry and cream cocktail is best enjoyed immediately after making. If you wait very long between combination and service, cocoa will start to separate from real pink mixed strawberry color. It does not change the taste at all, but will look a little off-footing.
I love making this cocktail for girls when we are spending days on the lake in the cabin. This is a perfect afternoon cocktail that is just such a dangerous fruit and fun.

Add strawberries and cocoa real to a blender and mix until it becomes completely smooth.

Pour the mixture into a glass and add Malibu Rum. Mix the ingredients together.

Add ice and top with soda water and a fresh strawberry. The option to top with a doll of whipped cream.
- I only recommend using cocoa real syrup for this cocktail. If you try to use canned coconut milk, it will freeze once after being mixed with ice, which gives an off-painting texture and appearance.
