Why do i like this recipe
This recipe is always a win with my kidos! I like to make it for backyard bbquue or days when everyone plays out with neighboring children. It always brings a smile to their face and immediately gets 🥰 🥰 🥰
It is also a protein-pack for protein powder, cottage cheese and Greek yogurt of our good friends. You can enjoy this dessert, knowing that each slices contain 7G protein.
Main material
- Vanilla Protein Powder: I used protein powder to fill the Yummy Greek yogurt that spreads on the crust before decorating with chopped fruits. This is enough for protein boosts only without tasting.
- cottage cheese: My girl! I mix cottage cheese in crust materials, which adds added protein to Y’All and loves Fit Foody.
- Greek yogurt: To spread the spreadable that you put on the fruit pizza crust.
- Fresh fruit: Really choose your own adventure here! I like to try to decorate it like a rainbow – kiwi, mandarin oranges, blueberries, strawberries, you name it!
- poppy seeds: Lemon and Popid are simply together. I use it in crust and then sprinkle a little more over the pizza just before serving.

Essential kitchen tools
- food processor To make crust.
- Pan To cook the crust (you like it if you like it! I just like not to heat the oven in summer).
- Nonistic Cooking Spray When you are cooking it, the crust does not stick to the pan.
- Cutting board or large plate So you can store the crust in the fridge so that you can help in cooling it rapidly while filling and cutting the fruit.
Fruit pizza time
- Make crust: Add everything to a food processor and pulse to the crust until the butter is broken, mix the cottage cheese and the pulse again until it is mixed. The mixture of flour should be crumbly, like wet sand. Add 1 tbsp of ice water at a time until a ball starts to form. I promise you that will start making a ball!
- Roll the dough 10 inch (Ish!) In circle. It is not necessary to be accurate.
- Cook crust More than low heat in a pan, to ensure that it does not allow it to burn, and flip through half the path.
- Cool crust It cools for 1-2 hours. This is important so filling does not melt the crust. Fill the filling while the crust cools down.
- Collect pizzaTopping with your favorite chopped fruit. Make it as colorful as possible!
- Garnish with fresh mint and swallow,
Make sure do not preheat the pan Before putting crust in it to avoid burning. I am looking for a golden color, not brown color here.
I think I always face such dishes: Cook’s time may be different Depending on the type of pan, heat setting and oven.
Want to bake this crust? I found. Bake in the oven at 400 ℉ for 20-25 minutes. This pan will not be brown in color as crust, but will still work.
Serve and enjoy!
Garnish this fruit pizza with fresh mint, and enjoy! I like to spray me with extra popcid because it just looks so cute.
Remaining storage
This fruit pizza is enjoyed immediately, but if you are expected to prepap a premature time, you can definitely create a crust a day before. I just recommend waiting for the gathering until it is right before serving.

Dear! Yes! My son likes to do so. Cook the crust according to the instructions in a pan, but place several cookie-shaped crusts in the skilate at a time. You may need to create a crust in batches depending on the size of your pan.
Can I make this fruit pizza gluten-free?
We have not tested this protein fruit pizza with gluten -free flour, but my Healthy fruit pizza recipe There is a gluten-free crust, so I would advise to create that crust and then add it to this cottage cheese protein filling and topping with fruits of your choice.
What is the best way to mix cottage cheese for fruit pizza?
As long as you mix the cottage cheese well in a food processor, it will be smooth with no noticeable chunks in the crust. Aka your kido will not even know that it is there
