Spadage designs configure the 27 -year -old house with bright, open spaces that better adjust large family functions.
When the owner of this Singapore Terrace House raised the key for the first time, her top priorities were to make a place to gather, and each has her place for three big sons.
She says, “I wanted a big living area that could accommodate 18 people.” “I also wanted each of my boy – who are 22, 25, and 26 – there is an attached bedroom.” In the former family apartment, two sons shared a bedroom, while the third shared a bedroom with her.

The owner engaged the William Chan of the interior design firm to renew the 27 -year -old building, and he set about demolishing the walls, where 3,500 square feet of foot to create large, more open spaces inside the house Is necessary. The first story originally lacked daylight, as it is surrounded by the walls shared with neighbors on the two sides, and the enclosed rooms separated the area in front of the backyard.
