Five Australian women who say that they were strip-related after taking them out of the Qatar Airways flight about five years ago, have won the airline’s right to sue.
The verdict was pronounced by three Australian Appellate Judges on Thursday. Women allege that they were subjected to aggressive examinations, to see if they recently gave birth to a newborn after leaving at Hamad Airport in Doha in October 2020.
After survival of his Sydney-even flight by armed ventricular authorities, some women claimed that they were designed to unload their underwear and subjected to a non-immunity gynecological inspections by a nurse in an ambulance on Termac.
“Our customers tolerated a painful experience in Doha that night, and they are worth compensation for their day and their grief in court,” according to the Reuters, the market lawyers’ lawyer Demian Starzekar said, according to the Reuters.

“We will continue to support them as the matter continues in the federal court,” Sarzekar said.
Last year, Justice John Haley of the Federal Court dismissed claims against Qatar Airways, which found that he had no reason for success. Along with the airline, the suit named the airport operator peas and Qatar’s Civil Aviation Authority as defendants. Hailey had said that the Civil Aviation Authority of Qatar qualified as a foreign state immunity from the Australian law.

Thursday’s decision allow women to continue their lawsuit with claims of airline liability, negligence, attacks and false imprisonment against Qatar Airways and Mater.
Women are demanding damage to their mental health, which includes depression and post-tromatic stress disorder, which stems from “illegal physical contact”.

The summary decision said from Thursday, “((Montreal Convention) claims or not, there is a case of some complexity.” “So this summary is not an issue to decide at the phase of dismissal.”
