Citroën Racing will field brothers Yohan and Leo Rossel as part of its driver line-up to tackle the 2025 World Rally Championship.
The French manufacturer has decided to continue its relationship with Yohan beyond the 2024 season, where the 29-year-old challenged for the WRC2 title.
Yohan won the Monte Carlo and Chile rounds driving a C3 Rally2 powered by DG Sport, but his title bid failed in the Central European Rally.
Confirmation that Rossell will continue to drive C3 Rally2 in 2025 ends speculation linking him to a Rally1 drive at M-Sport-Ford.
Yohan will get a new team-mate next year in the form of his younger brother Leo Rossell, who will take over the seat vacated by Nikolay Gryazin.
“Representing Citroën Racing at the highest level is a huge honor and extending our commitment to 2025 with my brother Leo adds a deeply personal and emotional dimension to this challenge,” said Yohan Rossel.

“The C3 Rally2 has been phenomenal this season, whether on asphalt or gravel, and I’m excited to push its limits with a car that is constantly evolving and surprising us.”
Leo Rossel steps up to the WRC2 class with the DG Sport Citroën team in 2025 after winning the French Rally Championship.
“Becoming 2024 French Rally Champion with the C3 Rally2 was an incredible milestone in my career and joining Citroën Racing as an official driver in 2025 is a dream come true,” he said.
“Having grown up in the world of rallying and through Stellantis Motorsport promotion programmes, my journey is a testament to Citroën’s commitment to young talent. I am ready to take on this new challenge with my brother Johann and continue to push the boundaries of this extraordinary car.”
Didier Clément, Customer Racing Director of Stellantis Motorsport, said: “The 2024 season was exceptional, thanks to talented drivers like Yohan Rosell and Nikolay Gryazin, who pushed the limits of C3 Rally2. We thank him for an extraordinary year with six wins and impressive performances.
“We are now looking to the future with great enthusiasm. The 2025 program perfectly embodies Citroën Racing’s commitment to excellence and developing young talent. This is an ambitious new chapter for our brand and our vision to rally, focus on performance and foster the next generation of champions.
