Concerned with migration of oil and gas companies, closing refinery and expensive price of gasoline in the state, California village. Gavin Newsom signed the law last week that tracks the approval of 2,000 new wells per year in the next 10 years in Fast Cairn County, an important oil-producing area.

Andy Walz, The chairman of the US products, the chairman of the Chevron, said during an appearance on the Fox business, “I think it is about 25 years to get a refinery business to leave California.”

Walz told reporters in the last summer that about Shevon’s move from California to Texas, the company is “doing so because California is a difficult place to trade.”
“This is a difficult place to recruit people,” he said. “It is a difficult place to move employees – many of our employees proceed through the company, they gain experience in various geographical areas, different places, and we have many people who will not run California. It makes it difficult.”

Lauren Simonatti of Fox Business Network stated that Chevron “California’s recent attraction is not more optimistic about aggressive.”

According to AAA, people in California are paying $ 4.65 for regular gasoline gallons, while the national average is $ 3.17 per gallon.
The state currently has 13 refineries. When Vellro and Philips 66 closed them, this number would be 11. There were 40 refineries in the state in 1983.
