Burner Kuhal Copenhagen Spring 2026 Collection

For the second season in one row, Frederick Burner Kuhal opted for a presentation format instead of a runway show – a suitable option for a designer whose job focuses on quality, rather than creating a long moment. This time, Berner Kuhal was inspired by the inhabited places, and especially the relationship between our inner life and our clothes.

Through illustration, the designer brought furniture and decorative items from her and her partner’s own apartment – which included a veger airport chair and Agon Emanman Desk – to present the Brigade Gallery (to present the Brigade Gallery (the artefacts that smelled the walls were cured by the Gallery collection). A rotation of models made its way through the internal locations made gradually, making themselves at home amid furniture (so, it was difficult to tell the model besides stylish guests).

The overall effect was comfortable: cotton-silk cardigan was layered on the sweater, which was paired with brown cordroy that could be easily found on the 70s couch. Keeping in mind the theme, the designer worked with heavy clothing this season, using dedstock silk polyster and wool – which may have turned into curtains otherwise – for her sewn outdoor clothing. Somewhere else, light shirts were designed by pajamas that can be worn both indoors and outside.

For Berner Kuhal-who grew up with an interiors, mother-geniments should be assigned the same value, as Objets D’Aart is that many of us surround themselves. The designer explained, “These are the things that we really cherish, and then we keep them for age.” “Our clothes can be used for a long time, so it becomes part of your personal collection – you actually start collecting clothes as you will collect objects.”
