Inside, renewal configured the dark, tight entry and central hallway of the current house, which invited natural light to the core of the structure with many efficient, budget-sensitive design tricks.
By expanding the entry towards the road and placing a large window at the end of the hallway, welcome visitors to the light and visual house. Cutting through the existing roof truss, the design halls the hall -rational roof and introduces odd skills that shift the light, forming a dynamic architectural spine that illuminates the surrounding space.
The renewal units already fragmented kitchens, food and living rooms, which connects the sliding doors that open on the rear deck, to create a spontaneous, uninterrupted indoor/outdoor space.
The parquet restored in the living room is accompanied by clean white walls, which creates visual relations for the custom wood kitchen cabinets and sculpture wooden screens that delicately demarcate the living room from the entrance.
The dated dining room, which was located by sliding doors near the kitchen, while the updated dining room is now open to the kitchen and new doors.
The closed kitchen is now bright and open, in which a kitchen island offers a gathering place in the house.
The fresh primary suite spreads over the new rap-around deck, the oak trees of the tree canopies.
