Bathroom at a glance
who lives here: A young family
Place: Dallas
size: 201 Square Foot (19 square meters)
Designer: Jessica Coltun Home
In this new-building house, the primary bathroom sits between the primary bedroom, which is seen in the distance, and the primary closet. It measures more than 11 to 11 feet longFt wide. Coltun used double doors at both the entrances of the bathroom. These doors are narrow compared to standard doors and connect the Parisian apartment flair.
Coltun composed the room with a drop-in tub under a large arched window, served as a focal point, then booked it with two vanity. The opposite direction of the room is a generous shower stall, which is flanks by a makeup table niche and a toilet room.
While the bathroom has classic materials and traditional architectural elements such as double doors and arches, Coltun balanced him like modern touch Blockey tub surround and minimum material palette. The result is a transitional style that will stand on the test of time.
Wall paint: pure white, Sherwin-Villiams; Vanity Stain: Birchbark, Sherwin-cyliums
