Bahrain International Circuit kills Bullsai with a diverse incident strategy

There are no two activities that Luke Little bear a nine-door finish or competing in an asport tournament in the comic Con, which you usually combine with the Middle East-but the team of Bahrain International Circuit is watching to change it in recent years.

Circuit celebrated two decades of hosting Formula 1 last year, but is eager to add more offerings when the motorsport is not in the city.

The Bahrain Darts Masters was an incident that was a round of the world series of darts, which was seen to hit a television nine-door finish and claim the title in 2024.

Bahrain Comic Con has also been wildly popular and last year’s celebrity shows for former Chelsea and England football captain John Terry for professional wrestler Paul White – is known as ‘Big Show’ in his time in WWE.

Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) CE Sheikh Salman bin Isa al-Khalifa told Autosport Business Exchange: “In terms of diversification, we want to see what works, of course, financially, it makes sense.”

“This is the third year (to host darts). Last year, Luke did his nine-darter in Bahrain, which was a big thing.

“For me, the players killed the 180 and was really compelling to see the passion of fans with their 180 signs. I wanted to see if it would work in Bahrain. It was very surprising to see the passion of the fans and even showed the first year in fancy dress!”

The key to bringing new events in the circuit is to use existing features that are easily available as the F1 Grand Prix host.

Sheikh Salman said, “We have a lot of infrastructure, obviously, in a Formula 1 Race,” Sheikh Salman explained.

“Comic Con, for example, Padock Suites, all six suites are part of that gaming event. Media Center, you have got 300 TVs. Everything has been set for them. So we do our gaming events.

“We had 424 events in 2024, 119 non-motorsportes event. Obviously, 424 events in eight months, because three months are so hot that you cannot do much in Bahrain.

“The plan is to use the site in a way for various events. Dom tent is where we have this (darts). We, about 1,500 – sold a lot of emotional fans this year, and it was a fun event.

“ITV alone, I think, (audience), for this phenomenon, was about 1.9 million. So we get an exposure. We get all that.

“This is about finding these events that you can balance with our motorcyst events.”
