Clothing does not suggest changes, but revelations; They are designed in search of a uninhabited way to express themselves for women. For the first time, Gabriel has completely presented a wardrobe dedicated to the nightwear in all its variations, yet a one that is designed to be worn easily throughout the day. The pieces are reduced by function and more defined by mood.
“I like to inspect women and the way they connect with the world, but sometimes inspire me to ignore my own internal dimension,” Gabriel said. “In this season, there was no external influence – it is deeply individual, even the way it suggests a kind of confidence that should not only be hugged when the light is slow.”
A distilled expression of the collection is a black sheath dress herb with tubular glass and crystal fringe: the open back is closed with the panels of the Origami -like fabric. Bra straps are used as laces behind the boxy jacket, allowing the fit to adjust and to shift the silhouette. The collar bar, traditionally hidden on men’s shirts, exposed and turns into jewelry. The tension between tuxedos and flared leather skirts, ultra-light knit dresses, and inside-out construction-structure and sensuality is clear.
The color palette moves between anthracite gray and shiny silver, rich black and butter tones, performed by a vivid red – first is used in a striped poplin – and touch of oxford blue. The new jewelry includes the muscle-shell brooch and a twisted rope. The footwear highlights of the season have a deep cut, an ultra-nandal and an ankle-strap pump in the suede.
