Architectural studio Oox Pictures of a guard house are shared, with back dating history in the Middle Ages, that they have turned into a contemporary house.
A wooden ladder goes from the entrance of the road to the front door, with stone walls and the parquet is exposed, which provides a glimpse of the upcoming details, because the interior target the goal of many elements as much as possible. The restoration was to be restored and for the entire complement was sensitively with a modern interior.
The main level of the house includes a dining room in a large living room, a separate kitchen and a guest room in the original unnecessary garage.
The original stone wall was very moist, so the designers followed the moisture path, cut the plaster, exposed the walls and the vaults so that the structures could breathe. Only the lower part of the perimeter walls is provided with rehabilitation plaster.
Contemporary technology was sensitively installed throughout the interior, such as underfallor heating with a heat pump and repetition. In addition, the heating is complemented by a fireplace insert in the living room.
The exposed stonework is painted in gray tone throughout the house, while a thin cladding of raw wax steel frames the route through a powerful load-bearing walls.
The dining room is dominated by a large spherical dining table, which has engraved coordinates that record the moments of customer’s important life, while a major multi-skill chandelier is placed above the dining table.
The kitchen place with the vaults gave birth to an etipical kitchen unit, which respects the arches of the volts as well as everything you need. Furniture, like all underlying furniture in the house, is completely ventilated. The central island is made of solid wood with a stainless steel worktop, and other parts of the cabinets have steel doors.
The upper floor is completely different from the main floor. Here, wooden structures are already visible, while the asphalt coating was removed from the original planks on the floor and sophisticated by brushing very carefully and applying oil to a gray tone.
In the bedroom, the designers indirectly brightened the parquet, causing a very pleasant lighting effect in the bedroom. He left the plaster “uncontrolled” with brickwork exposed under the roof.
This level of the house also includes a house office, which puts it on one side of the space, while the other is dedicated to the attached storage cabinets and a desk, and the steel stairs carry to the attic.
In the attic, the original roof was preserved to the maximum extent and complemented with insulation in the top-middle. Thanks to this, the original roof was visible in the interior and was not hidden in the structure. Locally required beam replacement was handed over by hand to match as much structure as possible.
Each bathroom of the house shared a normal color palette with wood vanity and gray tone.
Here are some basic details of the house, which were placed, including a basic tile stove.
