In an episode of Özlem discoveryA YouTube channel known for unique domestic tourism, the audience is introduced to a secluded wineyard house, which is stuck on an acre plot in the quiet hills of Sipanka, Turkey. Designed with strong effects from Japanese architecture, the house is an adventure and refreshing when a holiday is usually seen in the region.
This single, stand-alone residence, named Rolling houseSits quietly behind a wooden gate, where visitors can park out and step into a garden surrounded by trees and from expanding scenes of Cipanka. The landscape consists of palm trees, a central aircraft tree, a thoughtful -designed landscaping, a wooden swing and a shared barbecue and dining area in the landscape. The purpose of each detail is to create a quiet, almost meditative external experience.
At first glance, architecture is striking. Clade in natural materials and size by minimal principles, the house is harmoniously mixed in its vineyard turn setting. A warm pool and the feeling of openness to nature combines the atmosphere like a return.
Step inside, and the interior discloses sculpture forms and balance of cool simplicity. The center has a sunken jacuzzi with a circular skylight, a comfortable place designed for relaxation.
The compact bar-style kitchen includes everything required for a comfortable stay: a two-boring electric stove, an electric kettle, a mini oven and storage drawer with cookware and utensils. Its open-plun design avoids upper cabinets, which keeps the space airy and connecting from the outside.
A four-person dining table goes to the heart of the house, where a stone-filled bathroom enhances rustic experience. The house is equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning in all rooms and a central chimney, which ensures rest in all seasons.
At the lower level, one of the two bedrooms has one-faceing windows on either side, a floor mattress for two, an open cupboard and windows in a comfortable corner from the window.
Above, the second is the first mirror in the bedroom layout and decor, with an exception: a more panoramic view of the natural beauty of Sapank.
There is an eight-person in the house, which is perfect for sleepless after swimming or jacuzzi soak, while the bathroom has a rustic, stone-inspired design with a walk-in shower in the bathroom.
