McLaren 2025 becomes the first F1 team to reveal car design

McLaren The Silverstone season launch event reveals its MCL39 Formula 1 car, which has become the first team to show the design of 2025, which is accompanied by temporary restrictions on its lies.

Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing, said that Thursday is “a big milestone in our journey in the 2025 title battle”.

He said: “For the first time it is very good to get our championship challenger, MCL39 on the track and start the end of the team’s hard work.

“We should be realistic that every team must have progressed in winter. Last year highlighted how much the grid has shut down, which is a great thing for the game.

“We are confident that we have stepped forward since the championship-winner MCL38, but we will not know where we sit in the standing until we come to qualifying in Australia (first race of 2025).”

McLaren Team Principal Andrea Stella commented: “By the time we ended as champions last year, 2024 highlighted how competitive the grid is, which will take through this year’s championship .

“Therefore we should focus on competing on the front in this tight area. This is going to be an exciting but incredibly challenging year.

“The team has worked hard for the best preparation as much as possible for the start of the season.

“We have learned a lot from our fight last year, so we take it and use it to pursue our goals for the year.”
