Benefits and Perks Edited by Chase Travel

The price when booking through The Edit by Chase Travel is usually the same as booking direct, but can sometimes be higher or lower depending on the property. Benefits you get when you book through the program and use your entitlements chase card Any price difference may be offset by purchasing your stay. With every The Edit booking, you receive:

Chase Sapphire Reserve And chase sapphire reserve for business Cardholders currently receive a $500 annual statement credit (up to $250 biennially) for prepaid The Edit bookings of two nights or more.

To use the credit, simply pay with your eligible Sapphire card at checkout at The Edit by Chase Travel. This credit may cover all (or cover a portion of) a weekend getaway or staycation.

Note that Sapphire Reserve cardholders who apply before June 23 won’t get access to the new The Edit Statement credit until October 26.

From January 1, 2026, editing credits will be even more flexible. Cardholders will automatically receive a credit of up to $250 for each prepaid The Edit booking (of two nights or more), up to $500 annually. Instead of waiting to avail of your The Edit Statement credit once between January and June and again once between July and December, you will be able to use the full allocation at your leisure instead of two years.

For use in 2026, consumer and business Sapphire cardholders will receive an additional $250 statement credit toward select prepaid Chase Travel hotel bookings (of two nights or more) with the following brands:

  • Omni Hotels & Resorts
  • Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts
  • Pendry Hotels & Resorts

If you’ve never used The Edit by Chase Travel and you’re a Sapphire Reserve or Sapphire Reserve for Business cardholder, this credit could be a great way to try a new hotel or return to an old favorite. It typically takes six to eight weeks for the credit to post to your account, but many TPG employees have seen it post much faster.
