Qualcomm has removed its latest processor for Windows Notebook and PC from raps.
Snapdragon X2 Elite and Snapdragon X2 Elite are ready to compete with extreme AMDOffer a significant boost on ryzen AI+ 395 and previous generation chips.
The X2 Elite Extreme Flagship version is, with a strong AI performance compared to high core count, fast clock speed and standard elite model.
Promote 5.0GHz
The chip features up to 18 Oryan CPU core, with 12 prime and 6 performance cores produced on the 3Nm process of TSMC.
Two of the prime core can promote 5.0GHz, making it the first HandConsumer processor to hit that speed.
The chip supports up to 128GB of LPDDR5X-9523 memory with 228GB/s bandwidth and 53MB cash.
In comparison, there are up to 12 core on the 4Nm process of TSMC in the standard X2 elite class.
It supports the same 128GB of memory capacity but on low bandwidth, and its peak is 4.7GHz on a core. The cash is reduced by 34MB.
AI is another area of processing difference. Extreme NPU reaches 80 tops, doubles about 45 tops of X2 elite.
Qualcomm says that this level of acceleration is designed for Copilot+ PC, allowing many AI workloads to run on-devices at the same time.
Graphics performance is also upgraded. The extreme is the Adreno X2-90 GPU, while it is the Adreno X2-85 for the elite.
The two first added hardware-based ray tracing and supported the DirectX 12.2 ultimat, vulcan and Opencl 3.0.
