I tried 4 viral methods to keep the flowers fresh, and the winner surprised me

Confession Time: My green thumb is not completely anyone. I struggle to keep the bouquets of beautiful flowers, as long as I can remember, I survive the house.

So, when I stumbled to keep flowers fresh with three different viral methods, not one on a video, I was immediately interested in trying them.

Wendy found the PIN-PIN method to do the best work on his tulip, so I was excited to see if the results would be the same with my roses.

I wanted to keep everything as consistent as possible in each vase, so I bought two bouquets of supermarket flowers and equally divided them between four clear vases.

Subsequently, I labeled each vase with the hack I was using and also took care of them, to keep the water level, to fill them with water.

Finally, I cleaned a window to create enough space for all four vases, so they would all get the same amount of sunlight. I added a little flower food to my control vase and worked to install each hack.

Hack

First hack i tried The most eyebrow was enhancing: put a cap of spright and a hat of bleach in the vase. Its purpose is to provide plants with sugar through soda (similar to flower food) and prevent germs from growing in water with bleach.

The second was the PIN-Prior method, who was the winner in Wendy’s Prerna Video. This hack involves using a stitch needle or push pin to make a hole through the stem of each flower, which is one inch below the bloom.

The third method I tried was Penny Hack – and it took the most time to install it. Wendy referred to taking care while choosing his penny, as new people do not have enough copper to prevent fungi from growing.

Wendy also said that if she was trying these hacks again, she would first clean her money, so I received a penny from 1989, I ensured that hot water, baking soda, and soaking their money in vinegar and washing it with soap water for 15 minutes.

Progress

I used my experiment for a week, and I would be honest: for the first two days, I did not see any difference in my bouquet.

Three days, I noticed that roses opened in all vases except spright and bleach.

The day was four when I started noting some significant differences: spright and bleach rose began to shrink, and the leaves were curls. I also saw a difference in the clarity of the water, with the water of the control vase, while others were clear.

It continued through five and six days, with the dying of spright and bleach roses, the control water is mourning- plus, the pin, the pin began to drop the prick rose. Control with softened leaves and healthy looking baby, control and penny rose stood strong.

final call

On seven days, it was time to compare each bouquet for the last time. It was initially difficult to determine a winner, but the fourth place was clear: spright and bleach hack unfortunately a failure.

While the other three vases still had healthy, fresh -looking blooms, spright and bleach were shrunk of one’s roses and never opened. The leaves were brittle for touch, and signs of bleach were also seen in the stems.

Although the water of the habitat remained clean through the week, the roses looked quite healthy, and the leaves were very soft to touch, I saw the flowers not opened as vases of my first and second place, and they dropped the most.

The most open roses were in the control group, with only flowering food was added – although the water control vase was much more mukier than any other and the bottles of the stems began to grow brown – which means that the viral method to keep the flowers fresh means the penny hack.

What will i do next time

I would recommend cleaning a penny with baking soda and vinegar before every use. I think it made the biggest difference in allowing its penny to work for her fungal anti-fungal magic, and the reason was that my final ranking did not match the video of Wendy at all.

However, I saw the same results when it came in spright and bleach. I will completely discourage that hack.

Drroping Pin-Fin-Final was the last major surprise, although after further research, I came to know that this method works best on tulips and other varieties, with hollow stems. This allows the bloom to obtain more air. Rose has solid stems, so maybe the haca affects the way out of the exit.

When I buy my next bouquet, I will definitely drop a penny in the vase again – but next time, I will try to add flower food and try to see if the blooms open someone else. If I take any hollow-stained varieties home, I will also combine pin-penny and penny methods.
