Touring Car Rewind Festival to be at Ooulton Park and Brands Hatches in 2026

The two new retro-themed touring car festivals will be in Britain next year, with the North and South Editions of the Touring Car Rewind to be held in Oleton Park and Brands Hatch.

Circuit Owner Motorsport Vision has worked with the Classic Touring Car Racing Club to promote race meetings on 16 May and 1-2 August 2026. They will build MSV’s successful super touring power events in brands for the last three years, while focusing on the broad spectrum of touring car racing.

CTCRC President Stuart CAI said, “It has become more clear that we were moving towards touring cars, not only super tourists, and we wanted something,” CTCRC President Stuart CAR said, who confirmed the club’s Super Tourors Series for the prestigious 1990s to the prestigious cars.

Seven other categories of CTCRC will also be in action in each circuit. They include pre-’66 touring cars to a 1980s machinery and derogatoryly modified cars that combat its classic and historical thunder categories.

Cai said, “Countless calls have been received for us to bring the show in the second part of the country, and that is what we are doing.”

“I liked the old leads and reading (music) festivals, I like the idea of north and south, so we have done this.”

Other popular elements of Super Touring Power are expected to be involved in new events, including performance, off-track displays, and appearances from the star drivers of the past.

David Willy of MSV said: “Classic touring car is obsessed with fans and contestants for racing. The success of our three super touring power events was fully portrayed, but if there was any complaint, it was just that there should be one in the north too!

“Well, we have heard, and we are thrilled that this new avatar of our co-production with CTCRC will visit Ooulton Park as well as the brand hatch.

“Those of us who are working on these events are fans who appreciate so much love for such an event, so we are very excited about working with Stuart and Team, doing so twice in 2026 again!”
