4. Home owners continue to invest in bathroom projects
Homeowners are still investing serious money in bathroom remodel, especially large projects. The national mean expenditure was submerged by a slightly $ 13,000 in 2024 (below $ 15,000 in 2023), but the major remodels – for which the minimum shower was upgraded – ranked from $ 21,000 to $ 22,000 a year ago.
