MediaTek’s new dimension 9500 marks the third generation “All Big-Core” SoC of the company. This build takes a big jump with gaming performance and AI processing.
Internal, the Diminsity 9500 is made up of 8 cores built on the C1-ALTRA, C1-Premium and C1-PRO processor of the 9500 3Nm process. “Big-core” design was Prove leads by imports 9300Although MediaTek is much more interested in the new approach compared to other chipmakers. Qualcomm still uses a combination of performance and small efficiency core.
The new flagship processor increases many performances in the previous generation. MediaTek’s data says that SOC is 55% more efficient in extreme performance and 16% better in multi-core performance. The chip also uses UFS 4.1 storage for fast AI with four storage lanes.
The 9-NPU 990 AI of the 9th generation leads to the weight of processing. The power of NPU has always doubled with better power efficiency using “small models”. According to, there will be a shortage of 9500 MediaTekAllow Android devices to generate 4K images using on-board processing. NPU also allows for low-bit-bit support, causing large amounts of small processes to become more efficient, especially for Gemini in Android.
Arrangements also get an upgrade to the captured images. The devices with 9500 will be able to support 200MP processor and up to NPU-assisted focusing.
The more exciting collision in the performance comes in the form of more frames and better hardware-format ray-infinite. Demistance 9500 uses an Arm G1-ALTRA GPU that provides high peak performance and 119% faster benchmarks. Games with ra-tracing must be reproduced on 120fps with new SOCs, although the time will suggest if the performance of real life agrees.
MediaTek says that in Q4 2025, Vivo and Oppo’s flagship devices are expected, which is any time from the end of the year.
