A designer and an art director create a laid-back-back family residence with three courtyards, a new level and a combination of granite, wood and metal.
Argentina designer Anaya Espiga and art director Julian Romera were looking to proceed for some time, yet the kind of property he wanted seemed to be elusive: Buenos Aires had a place for weekend-house vibes, location for the offices, and a sensible price tag.
Architects Carlos Cottage and Victoria Inchety of Cottage Eyacheti transformed an old house in the cool agronomia neighborhood of Buenos Aires into a white-wall residence with straight lines and strategically laid windows in a white-wall residence.

He sometimes wondered if his wish list was received. The heart of the house is a huge kitchen, built under the existing Bodilla Roof- A method of construction that was popular in the region in the early 20th century, with rows of shallow brick walls installed between the exposed steel beams.
