Picsa chair by Hugo Charlett

Although the chairs are adopting comfortable, rapraound shapes with domed curvage for a few years, this fair saw the return of sharp, straight lines. This is one of the things we saw in works by young designers, including young graduates selected by Hugo Charlet, Paris Design Week Factory, who first to perform their designs.
The initiative selected his pics collection, a line of a line, a line of rustic furniture to designing for outdoor locations. Their coarse legs and oversized ratio are complicated, but the manufacturing method is also noticeable. The collection is designed using a unique type of board made of pressure-waved pine for optimal resistance, making the manufacturing as straight as possible by reducing off-cut and waste.
