Given the size of the speaker, we found the sound quality to be excellent even by 2024 standards. I actually have both a Nest Audio and an Amazon Echo, which are its direct competitors. I’ve always been attracted to the Nest Audio, especially when using it to listen to music, use it as a TV speaker, etc.
Apart from the looks and audio, a big part of the charm of this speaker is how intelligent it is. The unit is powered by Google AssistantAbsolutely. It can answer any question, solve math problems, set timers, guide you through recipes, control your smart home devices, play music, Can handle alarms and do much more. this is also Chromecast Support, so you can stream music on it using any supported apps and devices. Oh, and if you’ve got multiple, you can link them for multi-room playback.
