Date of date for FIA Williams is the right to review hearing after F1 Dutch GP Penalty

Williams And Racing Bulls Formula 1 teams have been called for a virtual hearing with FIA Steward to discuss the fine of Carlos Sainz from Dutch Grand Prix.

Sainz racing collided with bulls driver Liam Lawson During the zandwort competition on Turn 1, an event that earned a fine of 10 seconds to Williams Racer.

Sainz was instigated by raising the blame for the collision and Williams later presented the right to review to the FIA to re -watch the incident, saying it was important to us to understand how it is “to go in future racing, and we are expecting a positive result”.

Stewards has now fixed the date of Friday, September 12, on Friday, September 12, in which both Williams and Racing Bulls will be attended by team representatives.

In the first part, Steward will do justice whether the right to review the Williams is acceptable or not, the second hearing in this case will justice the incident.

To be acceptable to the right to review, the party in question should provide evidence to answer the three criteria: It should be important, relevant and unavailable to the stores at the time of their decision.

“The team’s representative needs to report to Steovers on Friday 12 September 2025, at 15:30 cest,” FIA Summon read.

“The hearing will be held almost through the video conference, the details of which will be provided by separate communication.

“It should be noted that the hearing will be held in two parts. The first part will be to hear evidence and presentations from the petitioner whether there is an ‘important and relevant new element unavailable to the party seeking reviews at the time of respective decisions’.

“Should stewers determine that according to Article 14.3 of the FIA International Sporting Code, such an element exists, another part of the hearing will be advised at a time, which is likely to be the possibility of immediately after the first part of the hearing.

Given that the stewers had access to the footage required to hand over the fine at that time, it seems that Williams would not request.

But Sainz’s collision ruled the debate about the F1 -contest racing guidelines, which are still causing partitions among drivers and a point of discussion on Friday’s briefing of Friday’s drivers in the last week’s Italian Grand Prix.

Under the current guidelines, Lawson did not need to leave any place for Sainz from outside because he was ahead at the top, which allowed him to slowly open the steering and force the Spaniard from the road.
