DJI MIC 3 is here, and DJI promises that it is its most advanced mini wireless microphone.
The DJI MIC 3 embraces a compact, light and prudent design on its predecessors by expanding the Osmuodio system. The MIC 3 supports four transmitters and eight receivers, ensuring that multi-camera production and group recording are straight and comfortable.
The MIC 3 is the first in the series that is to include adaptive advantage control, a feature that automatically prevents clipping while it dynamically balances the volume. Other new features include three voice tone presets and two-tier noise facilities. Nevertheless, there is another first MIC3’s dual-filing, 32-bit float internal recording for the Osmuodio series, with 32 GB storage.
The DJI MIC 3 transmitter weighs only 16 grams (0.56 ounces), DJI Mike Mini Final decline and less introduced to DJI Mike 2The microphone angle can be adjusted flexible using a viological rotating clip, which makes the DJI promise to capture high quality audio regardless of how the mic is attached.

Like his Osmuodio siblings, Mike 3 ships in an all-in-one-one charging case. The case holds two transmitters and a receiver, and the transmitters can be stored in the case without removing magnetic clips or windscreen. There is also a place in the case for magnets and locking cables.
A fully charged MIC 3 transmitter has promised an eight -hour battery life, while the receiver can last up to 10 hours between the charge. Charging case provides 2.4 full fee for each, and a five -minute quick fee can power Mike 3 for two hours. 0% to a full fee takes about 50 minutes.
DJI has promised that Mike 3 still offers its best audio performance. The MIC 3 includes two adaptive benefits control mode, the first for a DJI wireless mic. Loud, for the external environment with dramatic volumes, like sports events, automatic mode promises suddenly to press the volume spikes and prevent clipping. Dynamic mode automatically adjusts the advantage as volume changes, which DJI claims that the board constantly emphasizes throughout the board.
For the new voice tone preset, Mike 3’s offerings include regular, rich and bright. These settings are designed for interviews, especially with many people who have different voice characteristics, making sure that each person is easy to hear and a rich-rich voice. DJI MIC 3 records 48KHz, 24-bit audio directly to its receiver through defective audio feature.
The MIC 3 has dual-filing recording both the original audio track and their algorithm-comprehensive version. It also has two internal recording specifications: 24-bit or 32-bit floating points. DJI makes special notes of its timecode data during internal recording. The company promises that within 24 hours, Time Kode will not be distracted for more than one frame.
Since MIC 3 can work with four transmitters and eight receivers at a time – additional transmitters and receivers are sold separately, of course – DJI MIC 3 a new quadraphrakte mode. When the DJI MIC 3 receiver is paired with a selected Sony camera or compatible computer software, it supports the independent output of the four audio tracks, promising accurate track separation for a more flexible and versatile audio mixture.
The wireless range of Mike 3 is 400 meters (1,312 ft), and there is automatic frequency hoping between 2.4GHz and 5GHz band to maintain frequent transmission in the system.
Like the former DJI MIC products, MIC 3 promises to be very simple to install and use. Mike 3 automatically automatically without a receiver with OSMO 360, OSMO Action 5 Pro, OSMO Action 4, and OSMO Pocket 3. To connect to other devices, such as the camera, MIC 3 has a locking 3.5 mm TRS output port, 3.5 mm TRRS monitoring port and a USB-C port. Mic 3 works with several smartphones via Bluetooth, eliminating the requirement of a receiver.
Pricing and availability
Like the previous few product release of DJI, MIC 3 is not coming to the United States at the time of launch and will not be available through DJI’s specific retail channels in the US, however, MIC3 is now available for a kit for a kit for € 199/269 and € 309 / £ 259 in a base kit.
