Budget breakdown: An architect couple’s $ 173k house is inspired by Swedish summer homes



“For us, it was about designing a house for a life we wanted to live,” is called Marika Drolet-Ferguson. He and his companions, Matthew Bauchar-Kote, who are both architects and cofounded design firm Nordis, spent years to live nomadic when they decided to settle and had a child.
