Born and raised in Jerusalem, Sami Tamimi started his Pakistani career as a Comis-Shif before becoming a head chef at a top Tel Aviv restaurant Lilith. He moved to London in 1997, headed by Baker and Spice’s Middle Eastern Kitchen, and co-established Otolanghi in 2002. Sami co-writing Otolaghi: The Cookbook And JerusalemName of new York Times’25 the most influential kitchen books. His third book, PalastinCo-written with Tara Vigley, won the 2021 cookery book of the year of Fortnam and Mason. His best -selling compositions have sold more than one lakh copies worldwide.
