Researchers recruited 55 adults, who were overweight or lived with obesity, most of which had already consumed high percentage ultraprosted foods. The team provided snacks for each food and two separate 8-week periods: a most minimal processed foods (eg fruits, oats, chicken, and vegetables), and one with most ultraproses, but still the sound of nutrition, but still high-fiber grains, frozen glow, and scandal yogurt).
