The boat boats used to transport people have two levels, with some benches at both levels, but according to the report, people usually stand on the boat. The boats travel between Disney’s transportation and ticket center and Magic Kingdom of Disney.
Tammy Hacket, who was on a boat with her family, recalled what happened during the accident.
“Suddenly we crashed into something and we all flew forward, falling. The nomads landed on their back, crashed on their heads. Many people were shouting and really bad hurt. We used to take out the girls, and they docked, and honestly said that when it all went down the hill.
Another person who was on the boat, Heidi Goldswarthi said the scene was chaotic.

“It was sudden and it was chaotic, later completely chaotic. Passengers were helping passengers getting up, checking people, making sure that everyone was fine,” Goldsworth told the outlet.
This was not the first time the boat boats in Walt Disney World have been involved in accidents.

“Disney knew, or in the practice of proper care, should be known about the tasks and incomes that crashed into the dock due to all the accidents and failed to fix such situations,” the lawsuit.
Fox reached Walt Disney World for Business Comments.
