“I learned the ability to take my limit on capacity and a tremendous amount of work, but I also learned that my creativity is limited with that stress on my creative process,” says Hariton. “Each project was only getting a little bit of my creativity, which was not appropriate for them.
“Today we cap number the count of our project on eight, but six are currently sweet place. After eight, we just go into grind mode and start tapping our creativity. As we grow our team, that number will grow accordingly.”
