Wandrd PRVKE V4 Review: Is this a goldlox camera bag for landscape photographers?

Wandrd PRVKE V4 has exploded on the kickstarter, hit its funding target in less than 30 minutes and continued to climb previous expectations. With a mortgage of about half a million ago, it is clear that it is not just another camera bag launch. The latest update for his major bags of Wandrd has hit a cord with photographers, filmmakers and everyday creative. But does PRVKE V4 really make V4 so attractive, and is it really worth publicity?

As a landscape photographer, my camera bag is more than just one secondary; This is an important part of my workflow. A bag that is very large is a real pain on hiking and technical climbing. And a bag that is very small, means that I have to leave the necessary gear, which may be a real drag in the field. Therefore, I have been on a search to find elusive balance – Goldillox Zone – up to years.

I have tried and reviewed some bags from the first wanded, and every one has been solid. They are well designed, manufactured with premium content, and are always packed with features. But none of them was ever right. Either they had a shortage of storage options or my specific landscape photography workflow was not fitted.

Wandrad has a reputation to focus on form and function. They use high quality, durable materials and come out intentionally or out of what they involve in their products. Their bags are designed with intentions, which is why they have become so popular in a market that is becoming increasingly saturated. Therefore, with this latest repetition, I was very eager – especially when I had customers in my workshops with the first versions of this bag, and they looked very happy with them.

PRVKE V4: A familiar design, refined

Original prvke The bag became a real hit for the wandrad. It resonated with a lot of people and created a strong following. But instead of staying the same and keeping things equal, the team decided to rebuild PRVKE from outside. He launched the new PRVKE V4 in June 2025 Kickstarter.

The campaign reached full money within 30 minutes, climbing about $ 500,000 at the time of writing. So, what is interested in everyone? And even more important, will it be my Goldenlox Bag eventually?

Familiar foundation, advanced functionality

The original features that have made the origin so popular, are still here:

  • Expandable roll-top access

  • Quick side access to your camera

  • Opening full rear chlamshell

  • Durable, weather resistant material

  • Expandable side pocket for a tripod or water bottle

  • Interior organization and removable camera cube

  • Magnetic Tot Handle

  • Laptop and Tablet Sleeve

But Vandrad did not stop there. Many small but important design changes have made V4 more practical in real world use:

  • Better shoulder straps: New padding and shaping walks provide better breathing and comfort during long days.

  • Update back panel: Increase in airflow and support when carrying heavy loads, especially noticeable.

  • Re -designed camera cube: Better internal configuration and a light color scheme make it easy to see and access your gear.

  • Revamped laptop/tablet sleeve: A new closure system and additional pockets for goods or charger.

  • Big hidden passport pocket: More secure and prudent – a small but useful touch.

  • Use of access to roll-top area: A small feature with large benefits-now you do not need to open a roll-top to grab something highly packed.

The bag fulfills my main needs without pushing me to compromise or overpack me. On a specific journey, I take:

  • Canon EOS R 16-35 mm enclosure

  • Canon 70-200 mm lens

  • Filter kit

  • DJI Osmo Pocket 3 (Fits well in the top access area)

  • DJI Mavik 3 drones (stored in roll-top, now easy to access through zip)

  • DJI Wireless Mike Kit (main camera fits very neatly in the cube)

  • Tripod

  • Waterproof jackets and trousers (stored in roll-top area)

  • Water bottle and snacks

This is a full shoot-redi kit for both photos and videos. And it all fits in a way that is well balanced on my back and does not feel that I am reducing dead weight. The modified shoulder straps are actually more comfortable than the previous version, and airflows on the back panel are improved, especially in warm days. It seems that this bag was a lining to be a winner in my eyes.

ywAAAAAAQABAAACAUwAOw==Four sizes, four versions

The latest version now offers PRVKE V4 in many sizes and bundles:

Each is designed for a different type of user, from minimal passengers to professional material creators, who need to bring everything with them. In addition, all models are supported by a lifetime warranty and are made of weather-resistant materials. In addition to new colors, it can appeal to more users. I chose 21 L Atakama Clay, and it’s great. If you are a regular outdoor shooter, that type of construction quality is necessary.

ywAAAAAAQABAAACAUwAOw==Summary: A polished, thoughtful upgradation

Wandrd has taken a community reaction to the board. PRVKE V4 There is not a dramatic new form, but this is the case; It was already good. What he has done here is a subtle, functional improvement that makes a noticeable difference in daily use.

The layout is smarter. Relaxation is better. The material feels strong as always. There are additional zip access-out changes for new additions to new additions to roll-tops and sophisticated camera cube that contain large purpose payable payments.

Will I leave all my other bags at home for my next adventures? It seems like. My experience with this bag has been impressive so far; This does everything I loved to do. In addition, it seems that, over time, it will allow me to be more comfortable in the area for a long time.

Is it missing anything? Well, perhaps one thing – I liked the security zipper that was in the Wandrad Daffel bag; He used to interlocks, which meant that no one had any way to open the bag easily. I am at my maximum capacity as far as the camera cube goes. However, my needs should change, I can always get a big cube to fit more gear. But to be honest, I am trying to reduce, not growing, and having this limited place will also help me in that discovery. It is being said that with everyone, I find it a little tight to remove my camera, because the other frame of the EVF cube feels slightly stuck. This is not a big deal, and there is nothing that annoys me (yet).

This can finally be my Goldenlox Bag. And given the reception on the kickstarter, I am not the only one who thinks so.
