From agent: ,Designed with ideological simplicity and deliberately designed, three-bedroom, one-half-bath house spread over a quarter acre, where warm materials, crisp lines, and an elevated outdoor living area produces the spirit of a modern tree house: lightly filled, on the ground, and thoughtful in the sink with its surroundings. Large pans of glass dissolve the boundary inside and outside the house, guiding the movement through space preparing the light, weather and the sky. The south -west hills collided in the forest and at a few minutes away from the city, but in addition to a world, the house remains like a creative return. The space is clear and uncontrolled, creating a cool dialogue between the interior and the landscape with glass and open vision lines. ,
