The iconic fast food restaurant chain opens the latest location as it makes a comeback


Roy Rogers Restaurant Revowing its brand on the east coast.

Company – named after the famous actor, singer and “King of the Cowboys” – opened a place in Cherry Hill, New Jersey last week, marking the return of a series in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia markets since the 1990s.

Peter Plmondon Senior, a former Marriott executive who became the franchise of the Roy Rogers restaurant, sold his franchise to his sons, Pete Junior and Jim in the late 1990s.

As of 2002, the brothers bought the Roy Rogers brand from Hardy’s original company CKE Restaurant. The couple is credited with open and helping Many Roy Rogers Restaurants operate.
