But on Tuesday, Alpha Prime Racing announced that Scott would launch his NASCAR XFINITY series with the team in Dover later this month. He will pilot number 45 Chevrolet with support from Foxca.
New Jersey -born driver is also expected to compete on the gateway earlier this year on 6 September, but will have his first start in any of the three national levels of Dover NASCAR.
In a statement posted on social media, Scott said, “Let’s do xfinity racing.” “Finally it’s very happy to announce. It’s something that I have been working and trying to achieve a very long time. Can’t wait to make my debut in Monster Mile!”
