I have not tested this berry cobbler with gluten free flour, but if you do, please leave a comment and tell us how it goes! My Go-to GF flour, Bob’s red mill is 1: 1, so I recommend that if you are looking to make this recipe gluten free then I recommend starting from there.

A bowl of the mixed berry cobble is the top with a whipped cream and a mint leaf, which is served with fresh strawberries and raspberries on the edge.

Try more crisp, crumbles and cobblers

  • Place 10-12 inch raw iron pan and place 4 tablespoons unsalted butter in the oven. Preheat the oven at 350 ℉.

  • Frozen or fresh berries work in this recipe, but fresh berries will take a little more time to cook. I like frozen berries.
  • 8 × 8-inch or 9 × 9-inch baking pan will work in place of Pancillets.
