Heat a drizzle of oil in one or two big frying pans On a medium heat and the tortillus, the meat-side below, for 6-8 minutes, until the meat is cooked through the meat (raise the tortilla), press the Tortila with a spatula during cooking. Once cooked, overturn, top with a slices of cheese and cook for 1-2 minutes more. (You will need to do this in two or four batches, it depends on how many PANs you have.) Serve the taps filled with your favorite topping.
