Last year, I went to six weddings, and only one of them was in New york where I live. For months, I had gone every other weekend, and I don’t think I have traveled more in my whole life in a short time. I went to Iceland’s Highlands, Buenos Aires, Boston and San Diego’s Highlands. I was really good in packing, but even in a particular type of mental gymnastics, it is better to justify purchasing a small collection of special, essentially special, fancy fabrics for a night.
At first, six almost back-to-back weddings and five trips planned around them were beyond stressful. As long as the shopping lover felt that my dream could come true. I finally had an excuse to buy a handful of designer clothes that I was dreaming. Is this the best way to think? Definitely not. But I am a fashion editor who spends so much time to praise and write about the pieces of runways and red carpets that I have no reason for myself-but I wish I did for my day-to-day life. The idea of being able to cure your own selection of extraordinary special-special-cosmic fabrics that would be ready for incredible memories forever, made me hurt. I can confidently say that there are fewer things in my wardrobe that I am proud of my wedding guest dress edit.

The next wedding was a formal black-tie affair in Myconos, Greece. I actually bought a vintage Roberto Cavley gown in Marbela, Spain, one opportunity came exactly before two summers. This is one of the most beautiful things that I have my eyes with a print, so it is ridiculous that it just works. During the gown, the sea shore, leopard prints and pink flowers. I have a eccentric style, and I think a pattern gown in this way does a great job if you want to have a little more fun with a formal form. It also felt perfectly to suit the location. I wanted something that I thought was feeling like a holiday.

Not all summer destination marriages are in warm places. My second destination was the weekend after Myconos and was in Iceland’s Highlands. There was a possibility of snow with climbing in the 20s, but there was also a possibility of high in the 50s. I did not know what to wear, but in the time of doubt, always rodart… right? Correct!
I opted for a black roadrt gown, which I found on sale because it was best for the cool landscape. It was covered with an odd ruffle in a velvet floral pattern. I already thought that it was perfect and then saw that Charlie XCX wore the same accurate dress. By the time I had to go to San Diego in early October, I knew that I wanted to try a short pink dress again. I got the right choice: Another secondhand Miu Miu Dress from the reality, except that it was from 2013. I loved this dress on the runway and was finally excited to do it myself. Like the first MIU MIU dress, I wore at the beginning of my wedding stretch, it had a funny detail that dropped the dress down. It can be described as the best Rosette Award Ribbon. I have written about the first siders because I think the Turkish brand is one Fashion editor’s best secret secretSince finding it a year ago in a terrible press appointment, I have become obsessed.
I wore a siders dress to close my wedding marathon at Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was a blue dress with red floral accents and a pattern, which was completely ruffles with a thin scarf thrown around my shoulder. It is fun to support a new brand, and it was nice to ask people where it is from and leave them with knowledge about something they did not know before.
You can always be bright with color
For a wedding outside Boston in October, it was still good to wear a short dress with without jacket, but I wanted to stay away from the pastel because it was still falling technically. I opted for another roadrt dress that I had found on sale (Rhodurt Gods blessed me not once but twice!) In a bright purple. I think most of my friends move towards the pastel, but I think it is even more fun to go bright in the color department, and everyone should do it more often.
