From harvest to celebration: World Food Photography Awards announced


BIMI sponsored World Food Photography Award

The winners of the World Food Photography Awards sponsored by BIMI have been announced, which highlights food photography worldwide. A famous chef, restaurant and food writer Yotat Otolanghi revealed the winners at an event in Mall Galries, London. The awards perform a diverse category of images in over 25 categories, dedicated to street food, cake, innovation, drink, food prep, photo journalism, crop and more.

This year’s competition saw more than 10,000 entries from 70 countries. The submission was judged by a comprehensive panel that included photographers, magazine editor, creative director, film director, food retail vendors and chefs. The best overall winner earned a £ 5000 award, with an exhibition in Mall Galies, London. Category winners also have the opportunity to display their work in the exhibition and each receives a trophy. There are also individual awards for each of the various categories.

Details of photographer: Shuangaliu, an early spring in the ancient city, Sichuan province, China, five elderly women sit together in their eighties. Details of photographer: This is Delfina, I took a picture of him as part of a large project of pasta grainies in Italy. Here, we are in the field of Lajio. There is an angel hair type of pasta on the bed called Phino de Kanepina.
