The main advice I would not have to lose your emotional balance. If the time technique in astrology displays anything (and they do), then all situations or manifestations are temporary.
The first thing I am seeing at this time is secondary (aka Major) progressed Sun is against Natal Saturn. In the 10th career and public life, the prestige and Saturn in the 4th house of Sun, Physical House, Domicile, Family, Private or Domestic Life. The meanings of these houses can be echoed with experiences you are describing. While that aspect of Sun/Saturn is still close, it is falling apart, which means that the effect will gradually decrease in the next several months.
The best way in my experience to deal with Saturn is to maintain integrity, follow the rules, whatever challenges can be bestowed themselves, remain in dealing with it, and be patient and disciplined. Shortcut or cutting corners may not require hope for results.
Saturn demands that everything should be done properly and completely; No dull. This can not always be pleasant, but once someone knows that, experience can be dealt with.
Minor Pragati Saturn confirmed the 5th house speculation, entertainment, the opposition of Sun/Saturn of children and romance, it is possible that complications could arise from that region.
Second, 2ndry/Major Progressed Uranus Square is 2ndry/Major Para, in the 10th House of Career, descendants for public life/7th House of Partnership, Marriage, Open Opposition, rivals. This gives another dimension to the cases of the 10th house, and indicates unconventional ideas, intuition, impatience, sudden change of mind and a tendency of very nervous energy status, and need to be constructively guided.
The uranus of minor progression completes the Natal mercury, strengthening that aspect.
So in my decision we see signs of career challenges, including delays and testing, complicated by high pitch nervous energy. Partners, rivals, or children and speculation can lead to challenges.
As stated, however, all these effects are temporary, although they should work patiently and continuously.
