Homeowner request. “This room was designed by thinking about two dogs and two cats of the owners of the household,” designer Molly Robinson says, which uses Hauz Pro software.
Special symptoms. “A dedicated ‘Cat Kondo’ includes a custom ramp, a designated litter box area and built-in ventilation, which are to keep things fresh and functional,” Robinson says. “For puppies, a comfortable area with a dog’s door is complete that provides easy access to the outside. Black-and-white checker tile is paired with bold wallpaper that is spread on walls and ceilings, injects a fickle and eccentric energy in space. The pattern creates visual interest and a feeling, which makes a feeling that experiences a dynamic and perfection.
“To keep the design on the ground and let the elements shine, we opted for neutral white cabinetry that adds a crisp, clean contrast without competing for attention. The result is a fun, stylish place that feels fresh and freshly balanced.”
Designer tip. “We have designed the countertop to be slightly longer than the standard height, which makes the folding laundry more comfortable and ergonomic – no more laughter,” Robinson says. “As a bonus, the added height works for a practical purpose by keeping the pet behavior and other essential items out of the reach of the curious claws.”
“Uh-oh” moment. One of the “biggest ‘uh-oh’ moments came when we realized how difficult it would be to maintain a clean, functional layout for the use of custom pets and to maintain a clean, functional layout for everyday use,” Robinson says. “Cat ramps, litter cans between ventilation, outside the use of doggie and still need a room for laundry work, began to feel that we are designing three rooms in one. We re -prepared the cabinet layout and decided to go to the custom completely, which gave us a way to overcome the domesticated zones, which felt a kind of acting and a united.”
