This is firmware on Friday. Once again, Sony and Nikon leads the charge with firmware updates. Nikon also surprised us with an update of a closed model. Coolpix p1000Which has become a meme in the photography circle for its crazy zooming capabilities, may have been closed in March 2024, but this does not mean that it has been forgotten.
We have rounded the latest firmware changes for Sony A7CR, A7s III and A7C IIWith updates for Nikon Z50 And ZfC Camera. Lens TTARTISAN and 7Artisans of Chinese manufacturers also improved. What came out here this week.

Shooting and playback function:
- All allows you to set recognition goals in auto, allowing the camera to automatically enable subjects such as humans and animals.
- The framing stabilizer introduces support to the facility, which automatically adjusts the composition to keep the subject tracked in the same frame position during movie recording mode.
- Dynamic active mode adds to Steadyshot for movie recording.
- Allows you to add OK/NG/flags to the clip during or after movie recording.
- A function combines that automatically creates images with shot marks from the movie frame after recording.
- You can add a shot mark when shooting or playing the film and use it as a mark to select, transfer or edit the film.
- User improves image quality when applying luts.
- The focus in MF allows the use of focus magnesifier and auto magnesifier when using bright monitoring feature.

FTP Transfer and Network functions:
- The camera storage media allows the scheduling of FTP transfer when writing data.
- Now you can automatically schedule protected films and still FTP transfer of images.
- Films transferred through FTP transfer/still images can now be automatically preserved.
- Now you can continue shooting while transferring the captured photos and videos to a smartphone or tablet.
- Transfer to smartphones and tablets can now be resumed even when interrupted between a transfer.
- Now you can only move the differences that have not yet been transferred to your smartphone or tablet, or add videos to be transferred during the transfer process.
- Network adds support for streaming function.
- The creators allow you to upload the camera image on the cloud directly.
- Wi-Fi signal displays strength when the Wi-Fi function is operational.

- The latest software for your camera allows to display information when available.
- WPA and WEP functioning are no longer supported.
- Now you will not be able to choose WPA or WEP when connected to Wi-Fi.
- Please use more secure WPA2 or WPA3 that move forward.

Decided the following issues:
- The value on the control panel would continue even after the camera was closed and the lens was removed (on) (connect to the smart device)> (in the setup menu), while the camera was connected to Snapbridge via Wi-Fi.
- The visiblefinder display was sometimes interrupted if the shutter-relief button was pressed in half the way before entering the playback mode by pressing the playback button, while watching through the visual-view with the monitor off.
- When the picture control settings were displayed in the I Menu, the viewfinder display will sometimes be interrupted.

- An issue fixed where the camera will stop responding after bursting under rare conditions.

- The fixed firmware version displays errors and focuses on the focus reset issues on some cameras.

- A feature was added, where switching to full-time AF (AF-F) allows direct transition to manual focus (MF) by rotating the focus ring.
- Decreased power consumption and minimize summer generation.
- Increased system stability.
