Week bathroom: bright and lively with vintage details

A northern Carolina couple with two sons knew that they dislike most elements in their primary enclosed bathrooms. They did not know what to do about them. In search of maximizing storage, increasing functions, improving privacy and infecting the new style in space, he turned to designer Misty Moloy to help. He questioned the couple on a large scale as to how they would like to use space and what color and details would reflect their personality.

Moloy removed a closer and disabled linen closet and a heavy underlying tub to create a more streamlined layout with a lot of breathing rooms. A new 12-foot custom vanity is spread on one side of the room and includes two storage tower. Blue paint adds a punch of color that complements bright and vibrant vegetable wallpapers while wrapping the room. A new low-rash shower has a pony wall that creates some privacy. The blue polished wall tiles in the shower coordinate with pride and wallpaper. And a black-boatum cast-cloak-up tub and black-end-white basketwave floor tiles add bold vintage touch.
