The organizers have revealed Paraguay’s inauguration World Rally Championship round for the end of this year.
The South American nation is ready to make its WRC debut this year as it hosts 10 rounds of 10 rounds of 2025 season on August 28-31 after signing a multi-year agreement.
A local rally scene that has helped produce the WRC2 and Junior WRC driver Fabricio Zaldivar and Diego Dominguase, playing a role in triggering Paraguay’s will to host a round of WRC.
Preparation for the much -awaited visit to Paraguay’s championship took another step with the President of the country, Santiago Pena, which revealed the process that would wait for the crew.
The gravel rally with Argentina will be located in the city of Encharnesian located in the south-east of Paraguay on the border. Overall, the contestants will deal with 951.59 km, including a 334.52 competitive kilometer division in 19 stages.
The longest leg of the rally on Friday will be included, including 140.90 competitive kilometers, which includes two passes through the longest, Yerbtera (30 km) of the rally.
On Saturday Sunday, four more tests take deeply to the ground in the interior of Paraguay with steps of 113.60 km before the tests.

The passage of the route follows a successful testing program held last September, seen by representatives of WRC, Toyota, M-Sport-Ford, FIA and 2025 Control Tire Suppliers Hankook.
“We know the incident will provide a unique new story to WRC,” said the WRC event director Simon Larkin after last year’s test schedule.
The rally to join the expanded calendar of the WRC this year is one of the three new tours, including the decision to promote the asphalt incident from the European rally championship to the WRC, including the journey of this month’s Canary Islands (April 24-27).
The season will reach its climax with a new final round in Saudi Arabia (27-30 November) as part of the 10-year deal, which will bring WRC back to the Middle East for the first time since 2011.
Saudi Arabia is set to host a 12-stage test event from May 1-3 to prepare for its WRC debut.
